The sign-in code does not arrive

Wait a minute and check your spam folder. Check the spelling of your email address, and ask for a new code after a minute.

Recognition is poor

Sit near a loudspeaker, with the bottom of the phone towards it. In large, echoing halls a clip-on or USB-C microphone helps.

Cancel Tarjumo Pro

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Tarjumo Pro → Cancel Subscription. It runs until the end of the paid period.

Restore purchases

In the app: Settings → Pro → “Restore purchases”, with the same Apple ID.

Delete your account

Write from your account’s email address to privacy@tarjumo.com; we delete the account within 30 days. Saved khutbahs are only on your iPhone and go with the app.
